One of the challenges facing entrepreneurs is the ability to analyze and scrutinize the Terms of Reference for the bids advertised by their potential clients. Secondly, inability to prepare, complete, package and quality assure compelling Bids for submission to potential clients as advertised. Lastly, lack of understanding the pricing schedule as may be required.
At IIDC, we are happy to assist entrepreneurs to take them through all the steps in preparing winning bids as highlighted below:
- Analyze the terms of reference to identify critical factors around mandatory requirements, detailed analysis on functionality, and detailed analysis on pricing requirements.
- Once the above step is complete, we prepare a detailed content page detailing all the specific requirements for easy of identification by the Bid Evaluation Committee of your potential client.
- We review your technical documents and provide advice on the best way to present in the bid.
- Based on financial requirements in the ToR’s, we do a detailed pricing schedule in accordance with the best practice on budgeting and forecasting.
- We prepare and package the file for the bid in accordance with all the requirements as detailed in the ToRs.
- Once all this is complete, we conduct quality assurance to ensure that all sections are in line with the ToRs and conform to specific requirements.
There are two options to assist entrepreneurs to do this work, we either do the whole of this work for you or we capacitate your personnel to be able to do this work at reasonable price. IIDC will only charge R3500 for preparing and packaging the bids, and only R1500.00 per person for capacity building.
