RESULTS-BASED MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTABILITY & SUSTAINABILITY
Historically, development partners (donors, NGOs, government departments – focused their attention on inputs (what they spent), activities (what they did) and outputs (what they produced, which services had been provided). Although accurate information at this level is important, they realised it did not tell them whether or not they were making progress toward solving the problem they had set out to resolve (e.g., improved health outcomes, better quality of life) and that the problems often remained once projects were completed. We are uniquely positioned to assist development partners, who are generally facing major (donor-compliance-related) obstacles with Results Based Management at organisational and performance levels, with a wide range of technical support services.These services include, but are not limited to:
